I started writing this book in 2024, then got side-tracked and wrote The Last Girl under my other pen name, Natalie Michaels. Then, once I’d finished writing Death in the City, I got started on The Perfect Murder again.
I’ve introduced Pam, your typical happy wife, happy life scenario, but things aren’t as perfect as one would think. Her husband is indifferent, her kids don’t need her anymore, and she has no job keeping her busy.
Pam becomes another cliché bored housewife and starts a fling with her fitness trainer; Tom is young, fun, and makes her feel things she hadn’t felt in a really long time. She finally agrees to go out on a date with him. Their evening is a rollercoaster ride of dancing, drugs, and s*x, but it ends in disaster. Pam wakes up to Tom’s lifeless body, covered in his blood, and the weapon in her hand.
The problem, she doesn’t remember what happened and left wondering if someone did this or if it was her. The only person Pam can call is Dana, her private investigator friend, who does everything in her power to solve the murder.
I thoroughly enjoyed writing The Perfect Murder. It's a stand-alone novel, has twists and turns, romance, and leaves you wondering... why? Why was Pam framed? Why was Tom targeted?
The Perfect Murder releases 21 January 2026 - pre-order info coming soon
